maxisys mini not charging

Just received new Maxisys mini. Battery was low on charge. Performed first 2 updates for basic operating systems with a/c battery charger connected. Continued with Vehicle Application updates-one at a time. With a/c charger still plugged in battery charge level icon showed NOT charging, battery level continued to drop. Tried the cigarette power cord in a vehicle, still not charging. -

As for this case, I think it is the hardware issue. If you are in US, may I suggest ou contact ussupport@autel.com. -

Yes, thank you. Got an RGA number this morning already sent in. Covered under warranty. -

I also have issues with my maxisys mini, it takes up to 24 hours for a complete charge with the unit turned off. When the unit is on and plugged in to the charger it mentain the current charge level without showing any progress.
